Tiger Shroff gives Disha Patani’s Ek Villain Returns a positive review amid break up rumours

Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani is one of social media’s favourite celebrity couple and now there has been a number of reports that suggest that the two have decided to part ways. Amid all the break up rumours, Tiger has now left a glowing review for Disha Patani’s latest movie, Ek Villain Returns. 

Tiger took to Instagram to share his thoughts about the psychological thriller. In the stories feature of the social media platform, the actor shared a poster for the movie and wrote, “What a gripping movie and fantastic performances by the whole cast congrats guys!” 

The actor also tagged John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Tara Sutaria, Disha and the movie’s director Mohit Suri in the story. Disha Patani also reshared Tiger’s story on her own personal Instagram handle. 

When Jackie Shroff was asked about the rumours about the breakup, he told Bombay Times, “They (Tiger and Disha) have always been friends and are still friends. I have seen them go out together. I feel that they are thick buddies.”

Starring Abraham, Kapoor, Disha and Sutaria in the lead, Ek Villain Returns is the sequel to Suri’s 2014 hit, Ek Villain. The movie has received mixed reactions following its release and has reportedly minted Rs. 6.75 crores on its opening day. 

“I have enjoyed Mohit Suri films which are of the thriller genre, including Zeher, Kalyug, Murder 2, Ek Villain, and also Malang. Sadly, Ek Villain Returns has followed the path of Half Girlfriend and Hamari Adhuri Kahani,” read the movie’s review on OTTplay. 

Tiger and Disha have not opened up about their rumoured breakup till now and are busy focusing on work. While Tiger has Ganapath and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan in the works, Disha has Yodha co-starring Sidharth Malhotra in the pipeline.
